RWC rivalry: In 4 RWC games between these two nations, France defeated England only once (in 1995 in the 3rd place final).
In 1991, England won in quarter final and in 2003 and 2007, England won in the semis. But then, France has never been better than when they are underdogs (and underdogs they are after their defeat to Tonga).
